About the event

Sewing is one of the most useful household skills. Participants can create a variety of items for personal use or gifts, such as:

  • Clothing alterations or repairs.

  • Custom garments tailored to their preferences.

  • Accessories like tote bags, zippered pouches, or aprons.


Session1: Sewing technique sampler

Session 2: Seam Sample Set

Session 2-3: Completed tote bag or similar project

Session 4 (final): Participants choose from:

  1. zippered pouch

  2. Simple garment

  3. An Accessory such as an apron with a pocket or embellishment.
