Intro to Ceramics: Four-Week Course

Get hands-on with clay during this four-week ceramics workshop designed for beginners! With guidance from an experienced instructor, you’ll explore foundational hand-building, wheel-throwing, and glazing techniques while creating pieces that reflect your personal style.

Each session builds on the last, giving you time to develop your skills and experience the ceramic-making process from shaping the clay to adding the finishing touches. After your pieces have been fired, you’ll have completed work to take home and enjoy.

No previous ceramics experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little messy.
