3-Part Introduction to Ceramics Workshop: Learn how to turn a lump of clay into something beautiful! In this beginner-friendly, three-session workshop, you’ll explore the basics of ceramics step by step.
We’ll start by learning how to roll slabs, build with coils, and other ceramics techniques to make simple bowls, cups, or sculptures adding color and shine before they’re fired in the kiln.
By the end of the series, you’ll understand the full process—from soft clay to finished ceramic—and walk away with your own handmade creations to keep or gift. No experience needed, just bring your creativity, a love of getting your hands a little muddy, and some clothes to do it in!
