Participants will choose from three specialized Workforce Badge Programs designed to build practical, marketable skills for today’s workforce.
And the opportunity goes beyond training: Selected participants will be considered for paid employment with The Bean Path’s Youth Esports Career Exposure Program.

Youth Development Coordinator

Who Should Apply
The Esports Workforce Badge Program is open to women and girls ages 17–25 who are interested in building career-ready skills and exploring opportunities in esports, youth development, social media, and related fields.
Qualifications:

Women and girls ages 17–25
-
Interest in one of the three workforce badge programs
-
Commitment to completing the training program
-
Ability to participate in required program activities
-
No previous esports experience required
Application & Selection Process
Only 10 participants will be selected. Interested applicants must complete the online application by September 2.
Applications will be reviewed based on eligibility, interest, and commitment to the program. Selected participants will be notified and invited to attend the Orientation & Esports Readiness Workshop on September 12, followed by the start of Workforce Badge training on September 14.
Selected participants may also be considered for paid employment with The Bean Path's Youth Esports Career Exposure Program.
