Lashanda Phillips is a 5x-certified professional with over 9 years of experience in higher education. Currently serving as a Consultant, Lashanda brings expertise in Salesforce administration, project management, and business analysis. With certifications including Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Education Cloud, Associate AI, and Certified ScrumMaster, she is dedicated to leveraging technology to drive innovation and efficiency in education and beyond. A native of Jackson, MS, Lashanda holds a bachelor of Arts in English from Jackson State University. She now resides in Dallas, TX, where she enjoys exploring new opportunities and contributing to the tech community.
