Volunteer as a Tech Expert

Would you like to help members of our community solve their tech problems? We'd love to have you on the Bean Team! We offer our Tech Help Desk the second Saturday of every month. In-person sessions have resumed which means that you can choose to volunteer  virtually or in-person.

Please note that we kindly ask Tech Experts to volunteer for the duration of Tech Help Desk, which is from 1:40 PM - 3:30 PM Central Time. All virtual sessions will use Zoom and all in-person sessions will take place at The Makerspace located at 451 N Gallatin St, Jackson, MS 39203. Contact us with any questions you may have.

What are your expertise? Select all that apply. We kindly ask that all volunteers please be available from 1:40PM - 3:30PM CT (1hr 50min). This is four 20-minute sessions with 10-minute breaks in between.
